David Pinks is the Content & Brand Director at PopperLand. He spends his time shaping the brand and making sure our content sounds like a real person and not a manual.

As an avid popcorn lover, he writes from use and observation, paying attention to the small things that actually change how popcorn turns out.

The goal is always the same. Be clear, be practical and respect the reader’s time. If a machine design affects crunch or texture, the explanation should feel simple and obvious once you read it.

Before PopperLand, David worked in music and television, where his creative work helped shape the sound behind a wide range of projects.

Outside of PopperLand, David is a devoted family man. He still makes music and stays involved in creative projects he cares about, but most of his time is spent with his family, watching his kids grow and helping nurture their interests.
