Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order from PopperLand.

Shipping Time

We ship our popcorn popper machines within 1-2 business days of purchase. Business days don’t include weekends or holidays.

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping Rates

All popcorn popper machines ship free within the United States.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is on the way, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our warehouse and is scanned by the carrier, it’s officially in their hands. If your package is lost or stolen, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’ll help if we can, but we’re not responsible for lost packages once they’re marked as delivered.

Damaged

If your popcorn popper machine arrives damaged please see our return and refund policy immediately for instructions

Delays

We do our best to ship on time, but delays can happen—especially around holidays, carrier disruptions, or severe weather. We’ll always keep you posted if there’s a holdup.

Wrong Address?

Please double-check your shipping info before placing an order. If you gave us the wrong address and the order already shipped, we can’t retrieve or reroute it. If it gets returned to us, we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipping (at your cost).
