We want you to love what you ordered. But if something’s not right, here’s how we handle it.
30-Day Return Window
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the day your order was delivered to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your popcorn popper machine must be in the following condition:
- In its original packaging
- Unused and in resellable condition
- Returned with proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@popcornpopperland.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you with next steps and a return address.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
We cover all return shipping costs — returns are free for you. Just start the return process within the return window and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label at no charge.
Refunds
Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s done.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives broken, defective, or just plain wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery. Send photos and your order number. We’ll make it right—fast.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, just return the one you bought and place a new order.
What We Can’t Take Back
To keep things fair and safe for everyone, we can’t accept returns on the following:
- Used or damaged items (unless they arrived that way)
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards or downloadable products
