These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between you (“you” or “User”) and the Company. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept all of these terms, do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility
By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding agreements, and a resident of the United States. This Website is not intended for use outside the United States.

PopperLand is a reseller of third-party branded popcorn popper machines and accessories. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the brands or manufacturers of the products sold. All trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification.
3. Product Use and Assumption of Risk
By purchasing any appliance or accessory from this Website, you acknowledge and agree that all products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and intended purpose. You assume all risks associated with the use, misuse, or handling of any product, including but not limited to burns, fire, electric shock, injury, or property damage. You agree to hold G90 Landing LLC harmless from all claims arising from such risks.
4. Order Acceptance and Pricing
All orders placed are offers to purchase subject to Company approval. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice. Sales tax, shipping, and handling fees may apply.
5. Shipping Policy and Force Majeure
We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. Any estimated delivery dates are for informational purposes only and are not binding. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, supply chain issues, or any Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, or labor disputes.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the following:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging
- A return request must be made in writing to returns@popcornpopperland.com before sending the item back
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after return inspection
- Items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us in good faith may result in account termination and dispute action.
7. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Shopify, Stripe, and PayPal. We do not store payment details and disclaim any liability for errors, breaches, or failures by these platforms.
8. User Reviews and Submissions
If you submit content (e.g., reviews, comments), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display it across media. You affirm you own or have the right to share such content and that it does not violate any law, contain defamatory material, or infringe on any rights. We reserve the right to moderate or remove any submission at our sole discretion.
9. Copyright and DMCA Policy
All original content on this Website is the intellectual property of G90 Landing LLC. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used improperly on our Website, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to info@popcornpopperland.com.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any claim, controversy, or dispute shall be resolved exclusively through mandatory, confidential mediation in Clark County, Nevada, before either party may initiate litigation.
Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and agree that all disputes will be handled individually and not as part of a class action.
16. Severability
If any provision herein is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and any posted legal notices, constitutes the entire agreement between you and G90 Landing LLC regarding your use of the Website.
